To give back to healthcare heroes all over Malaysia, Jasper Lodge is offering up to RM1,000 referral reward for healthcare workers who refer our services to their patients!
Are you a healthcare worker? Great news for you! Jasper Lodge Nursing Homes Malaysia wants to reward all healthcare workers by offering up to RM1,000 referral reward for every patient you refer to us. Here’s how:
Firstly, introduce Jasper Lodge and our services to your patients. If a patient of yours decides to admit to any of our nursing homes, you can fill in the Referral Claim Form using this link. Our Sales Team will get in touch with you soon, and upon confirmation, you will receive your reward!
The following are the Terms & Conditions of the campaign:
1. The Healthcare Heroes Referral Reward (“Campaign”) is run by Jasper Lodge Nursing Homes Malaysia (“Organizer”).
2. The Campaign is applicable at all branches of Jasper Lodge Nursing Homes in Malaysia.
3. The Campaign is eligible for healthcare workers, including:
a. Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM) Officers
b. Doctors & Nurses
c. Medical Assistants
d. Medical Laboratory Technologists
e. Pharmacists
f. Health Inspectors
4. Upon confirmation of referral, the Referral will receive RM200 after the Referee completes 1-month stay at Jasper Lodge. For the following 8 months, the Referral will receive RM100 for every month that the Referee resides at Jasper Lodge Nursing Homes, totaling up to RM1,000 (RM200 + [RM100 x 8 months]).
5. If at any time, the Referee no longer resides at Jasper Lodge Nursing homes for any reasons, including but not limited to voluntary discharge, forced discharge, and death, the Referral will no longer receive the remaining reward.
6. The Campaign is not applicable with other discounts or promotions offered by the Organizer.
7. The Organizer reserves the rights to accept or reject any admissions, and to discharge any patients at any time without justification.
8. The Organizer reserves the rights to make changes to the Campaign’s Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
